Transparency means every guest receives an open and honest dialogue with their Technician and Service Advisor. When you service with Schomp Subaru, each guest will receive a Video Walk-Around of their vehicle. The Video Walk-Around allows you to hear recommendations from the technician who inspected your vehicle. We'll highlight repairs needed, provide a report on the vehicle's overall health, and give suggestions on what items need to be taken care of immediately and soon to minimize the risk down the road!
Integrity
Integrity means we give our guests all available information regarding their vehicle so they can make informed decisions. Your Service Advisor or Technician will contact you about any new information they discover regarding your car. This way, you can ensure you're making an informed decision about the next step
